Arcforma Mail

A mail client, a text tool, and one AI daemon behind both.

Arcforma Mail with three accounts in one inbox and a seven message thread open. A summary card sits above the thread and the earlier messages are folded to a line each.
Captured from the app. Every person in it is invented.

Three parts in one workspace. A desktop mail client, a small utility that rewrites whatever text is selected anywhere in macOS when you press Cmd+J, and a local daemon that both of them talk to.

It exists because I wanted the same assistant in my inbox and in every other text field, without pasting between windows.

A summary card reading: Dana at Northwind is ready to start the coaching block on Tuesday and wants the session plan and the invoice before then.
SummaryA long thread opens as three sentences from Claude, kept until new mail lands.
The free times grid for the next seven days, with a block on Tuesday from 10:30 to 12:00 picked and a button to insert the times in a new message.
Free timesBusy blocks merge across every account. Drag over open half hours and they drop into a message.
Three instant replies under the last message, numbered 1 to 3.
Instant repliesThree short replies drafted from the thread. Press 1, 2 or 3 and one opens in the editor to change before it goes.
The command palette with sno typed, listing Snooze, Snooze until tomorrow, Snooze until next week and Snooze until a date you pick, each with its key.
Cmd+KEvery action is in the palette, with its key on the right so the palette teaches you not to need it.
